That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Army Reserve: On a wreath of the colors Argent and Gules, the Lexington Minute Man Proper. The statue of the Minute Man, Captain John Parker (H.H. Kitson, sculptor), stands on the Common in Lexington, Massachusetts.

The red and white background of the shield refers to Georgia where the Battalion was activated, and its home area. The nebuly division line represents clouds; the blue color stands for the sky. The winged arrow refers to the nature and mission of the unit and to its fighting spirit.

The coat of arms was approved on 3 November 1965.
